Domestic and international — we cover both

Chennai International Airport splits into separate domestic and international terminals, a fair walk apart. Whichever one you're using, mention it when you book — it's the difference between your driver waiting at the right exit and a confused phone call from the parking area twenty minutes after you've landed.

Your flight number matters more than your booking time

Give us your flight number and we schedule the pickup around it, not around the time you happened to book. If the flight's delayed, the pickup shifts with it automatically. You're not paying a driver to sit there from your original landing time, and you're not the one making an apologetic phone call from baggage claim either.

One-way is completely normal

A lot of our airport bookings are one-way — a drop for an outbound flight, or a pickup on the way back, no return leg attached. Just say which one you need when you book; there's no assumption that it has to be a round trip.

Picking the car

For one or two people with the usual amount of luggage, the standard Innova is what we'd suggest. Bigger group, or extra bags — sports equipment, more than a couple of suitcases — and the Innova Crysta or Innova Hycross gives you the room without any real downside.
